Shipping Procedure

Orders are accepted throughout the week until Friday at 5pm MST.  All product is created fresh, frozen and shipped on ice on Monday morning.

We ship nationwide! All orders are shipped USPS Priority 2 or 3-day, unless overnight airmail is chosen.  

Local Pickup or Delivery

Local orders (same as shipping timeline) are accepted throughout the week until Friday at 5pm MST and made fresh over the weekend.

Pick up or delivery arrangements will be made via email on Sunday to be completed beginning Monday.

Mac Subscriptions

The Dolce Co will confirm monthly delivery via email on the 1st of each month (to make sure you'll be home to receive your macs).  Orders will be shipped the 2nd Monday of each month!

 

Orders will be random mixes each month - featuring classic flavors, seasonal favorites & new, unreleased flavors! 

Refund Policies

Production Delays:

Any orders delayed in production without clear notification of timeline adjustments prior to purchase are the responsibility of The Dolce Co and are eligible for a full refund. Refund requests must be made via email to thedolcecompany@gmail.com within 48 hours of delay notification.

Shipping Disruptions:

Any shipments that are not marked "Delivered" via online tracking within 10 days (or other applicable timeline from USPS, in case of extenuating circumstances) of shipment will be eligible for a full refund of the shipping cost.  Refund requests must be made via email to thedolcecompany@gmail.com prior to final delivery.

By choosing to have these delicate pastries shipped, you are assuming some risk.  The Dolce Co wants nothing more than to ensure they arrive beautifully and fresh to your doorstep.  We have taken great care in our packaging, production process and shipping choices to give your order the best possible outcome.  However, The Dolce Company is not responsible for damage or delays caused by any third-party logistics provider.
